An opportunity has arisen for a senior general practice chartered surveyor / valuer to join either our Northwich or Shrewsbury offices, being responsible to the Office Partner and Head of Valuations.
An experienced, proactive administrator is needed for an expanding surveying practice based in the new central Hereford office. The role is to support a Partner, surveyors and planning consultants in the delivery of work and assist in the smooth running of the office. The role includes typing of correspondence and reports, diary management and making appointments for the Partner in charge of the office.
An opportunity has arisen for a senior Building Surveyor to join Berrys’ busy and expanding Building Consultancy team, based in the Kettering office, being responsible to the Head of Building Consultancy. The role is primarily focused on commercial property building surveying but an understanding of residential surveys is desirable.

A residential valuer role has arisen in our busy and expanding team based in our Towcester office in South Northamptonshire, primarily focused on provision of valuation reports and advice to housing associations and private clients. The ability to deliver valuation and homebuyer reports is essential; knowledge of site appraisals and advising housing associations in general is desirable.
